J-Series Jet Recirculation Washers feature 800-gallon capacity tanks fabricated of type 304, No. 2B finish, 12-gauge stainless steel. Inside dimensions are 36” wide x 36” deep x 146 ½” long. Sides and bottom are reinforced with the top 12” double walled insulated. Also includes adjustable heavy-duty stainless steel legs.

 

Also provided is a gasketed lid with air vent and air cylinder openers. Part holders and or baskets included to hold the parts while being washed. Valving to receive and send washing solutions to CIP storage or optional tank skid unit.

 

Interlocks are included on the lid to cut out steam actuator and to shut down pumps.

The wash solution is maintained at optimum cleaning temperatures by a self-actuating steam regulator with stainless steel thermowell, mixer, and piping.

 

Quad “Rifle Jets” feature inspection and clean-out end caps and self-draining jets for sanitary maintenance. All piping has sanitary connections.
