Our systems can cut blocks of cheese into random or exact weight sizes of various dimensions for retail, food service, and deli’s. Additionally, your cutters can reduce blocks into cubes for shredding, grinding, and melting for industrial use. Wheels, loaves, and horns can also be cut on several of the Johnson cutting systems.
