ExactaPack represents the combination of long-proven engineering concepts and ingenious equipment manufacturing for high-speed multi-lane pouch style packaging and servo/clutch brake auger fillers.
 
The ExactaPack EP Series of V/F/F/S machines consists of four different base models to cover a wide variety of product applications including powders, grains, and granules, to fine, coarse, or irregular particles sauces (including cheese), creams, gels, and solid/wet mixtures to oils, liniments, water, petroleum or chemical based liquids. Options are available for hot fill, gas flush, and two-to-twelve lane filling.
 
Pouch sizes range from 1.5” X 2” condiment pouches to 12” X 12” 80 oz.

Primary features common to all four models from the ExactaPack Series involve precise control of time, temperature, and pressure to insure utmost seal integrity. Profiled control product entry into the pouch impedes product from contaminating the top seal while increasing fill speed. This synchronized motion control allows easy setup and optimal production conditions. All of the machine functions are controlled by an AB PLC using a panelview touch screen interface.
