Machine Models

The inline filling and sealing machine is an indexed conveyor system. It can be built as a single lane or a multi-lane. All MPI machine models are designed for ease in operation and simplicity in maintenance. The entire machine is built to NEMA 4x washdown requirements for rapid and sanitary cleaning. The machine is easily adjusted for different products and different containers. Example: 4 ounce cole slaw, potato salad, macaroni salad, 8 ounce yogurt, 12 ounce salsa, etc.

 

Our complete line of standard machines will be modified to meet the customer’s specifications. These requirements may include any or all of the following items.

 

• Special platens with inserts.
• De-nesting station.
• Fill station designed for product to be filled.
• Die cut pick and place foil.
• Roll stock film die cut on the machine.
• Over capper with pressure plate.
