Utility Platform Model 9000-UP

Johnson has designed a platform that minimizes floor space, but still gives maximum accessibility to a scale for operation, cleaning and maintenance.

 

Frame:	Constructed of stainless steel heavy wall square tubing with non-slip flooring. Legs have structural cross-bracing and pads for bolting to the floor.
Steps:	Stainless steel tube railings, formed support members with removable non-slip stair treads.

 

Vibratory Feeder Support Stand Model 3000-VFS

Support structure and mounting attachments for Model 3000-VF vibratory infeed feeder on the Model 9000-UP Platform. All stainless steal, heavy tube construction with adjustable slide slots for fine positioning of feeder discharge opening over scale cone.

 

Dispenser Utility Stand Model 4800-US
The five-step dispenser stand supports the Model 4800-D-3 dry ingredient dispenser while also allowing cleaner loading of the 3.0 cu. ft. hopper with dry ingredients and aids in maintenance of the unit. The stand is constructed of a stainless steel frame and handrails with Chemgrate steps and platform. Standard stainless steel, polyurethane lockable wheels allow the stand and dispenser to be moved away from the tumble barrel for cleaning to help prevent water from getting into the dispenser.
