First Cooker / RMC Installation in Germany - 2006Johnson Industries is proud to be chosen as a supplier by Nordmilch of Germany. Nordmilch is a world-renown cheese manufacturer specializing in the production of mozzarella, edam, and gouda type cheeses. With annual milk processing of over four million tons, Nordmilch is Germany’s largest dairy.
This state-of-the-art installation will produce Euro-blocks on our large capacity RMC.
First Liquid Pre-Salter goes into Production 2005Further refining our mozzarella making systems, Johnson Industries has introduced our first in-line liquid pre-salting system. Accurately dosing salt to less than 0.5% accuracy, this system decreases brine time and allows rapid product advancement to packaging.
