Johnson Industries has two divisions of packaging equipment. The MotionPack machine offers an automated in-line indexing machine that can load, fill, and seal a variety of shapes and sizes.
The ExactaPack line has a multi-lane vertical form fill and seal machine for high speed multi-lane pouch style packaging. The Exactapack Auger Filling systems employ clutch/brake or Servo drives.

MotionPack Inline Cup/Tray Filling (MPI)The inline filling and sealing machine is an indexed conveyor system. It can be configured as a single or a multi-lane. All MPI machine models are designed for ease in operation and simplicity in maintenance. The machine is built to NEMA 4x washdown requirements for rapid and sanitary cleaning.
