Rotary Molder Chiller (RMC)

 

The RMC is capable of forming and cooling Mozzarella/Provolone/Pizza Cheese into standard sizes as well as custom sizes based on your unique needs. Utilizing quickly interchangeable molds, one machine can satisfy all of your needs. Incorporating proven sanitary forming technology, the RMC will provide a dimensionally true surface ensuring excellent block shape.

Model 12000 RMCModel 12000-RMC
The RMC 12000 is capable of forming and cooling 5 lbs, 6 lbs, 12 lbs to 20 lbs (2kg, 3kg, 5kg, to 9kg) loaves of traditional American style Mozzarella/pizza cheese at its ideal rated capacity of 12,000 lbs (5,445 kg) per hour. This, the newest version of the RMC, represents a machine that allows for a higher throughput but retains the same features that have made the RMC the industry leader in molding/cooling systems.*

 

RMC-1Model 8000-RMC

The RMC 8000 is capable of forming and cooling 5 lbs, 6 lbs, 12 lbs to 20 lbs (2kg, 3kg, 5kg, to 9kg) loaves of traditional American style Mozzarella/pizza cheese at its ideal rated capacity of 8,000 lbs (3630 kg) per hour. The RMC 8000 also has the unique ability to produce consumer sizes of 8 oz to 32 oz pieces in rectangular or cylindrical forms on the same machine. Custom shapes and sizes available.*

Johnson Industries International, Inc. is bringing innovative technology to plants with production specifications of 5-6 lbs (2-3 kg) blocks or smaller from 1,600 to 4,000 lbs (750 to 1,800 kg) per hour and consumer sizes of up to 2,000 lbs (900 kg) per hour with the RMC 4000.*

 

Shuttlehead MolderShuttle Head Molder
The Manual Shuttle head Molder is capable of forming and cooling 5 lb, 6 lb, 12 lb to 20 lb (2kg, 3kg, 5kg, to 9kg) loaves of traditional American style mozzarella /pizza cheese at its ideal rated capacity of 4,000 up to 6,000 lbs (1814kg to 2721 kg) per hour. The shuttle head molder system has uniform heating that is important for giving the cheese blocks a smooth crevice free surface.*
