Conveyors Johnson Industries International, Inc. has developed many different options for conveying systems, depending upon the individual needs. These designs will take the challenge out of the most difficult of conveying requirements. These conveyors are built with all Stainless Steel, heavy-wall tubing and feature the “Quick-Clean” design that allows the belt to be easily removed for thorough cleaning.
Mezzanines/PlatformsJohnson Industries International, Inc. can provide your company with a variety of decking options, using stainless steel, aluminum, fiberglass or plastic material. All framing is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel. We offer ergonomic cleaning platforms for easy access to tanks and other machinery for the purpose of sanitation and ease of maintenance.
Cheese equipment recirculation washers provide you with the capacity and technology to clean your biggest and bulkiest parts. Extra tank depth and width assures total immersion – and exclusive Johnson quad “Rifle Jets” scrub parts clean.
Custom Equipment

Wax TanksWax tanks and their functions serve two purposes. One is to provide a sealed, protective coating over the pieces of cheese to assure it has a safe and long shelf life. The other purpose is to add an attractive, eye-appealing package for your merchandising. They are the easiest, simplest and safest wax tank systems to operate.
Dry Ingredients Dispensing
The dispenser is designed to automatically and accurately dispense anti-cake or seasonings to exact desired percentages. The unit is a heavy-duty self-contained assembly consisting of a three cubic foot hopper with cover on top.
Tumble Barrel/Mixing
The heavy-duty stainless steel tumble drum is designed exclusively for the mixing or coating of diced or shredded cheese or other product. The internal mixing flights are welded and designed to gently, but thoroughly, mix cheese (shredded or diced) with spices, anti-cake compound or other dry ingredients.
String Cheese
This line is capable of producing 2,000 lbs per hour (900+ kg) with excellent product shape and precise length. The string cheese system utilizes proven technology scaled to match the string cheese output.
Brine Make-Up Systems This system begins with a pump that moves brine from the brine system to the brine make-up tank. By employing the use of a fluidized bed of salt, the system utilizes load cells and VFD controlled pumps to produce saturated brine. The system will notify the operator of a low salt level or will activate an automated salt delivery system.
Automated Brine Strainer (ABS) Filtration System The ABS is designed to remove the particulate from the brine on an on-going basis. Through the use of strainers and automated flow controls the system is self-cleaning thus greatly reducing labor requirements. All particles are retained for disposal at the operator’s discretion.
