Model 100-W

The Model 100-W is used primarily for low production applications and when only one color wax is used. The Model 100-W measures approximately 28"L X 24"W, and has an adjustable height of up to 36". The 100W has one chamber and one dipping harp, with one air cylinder. This model comes complete with insulation and a solid state temperature control system, with one stainless steel heat sensor.

Model 200-W

 

The Model 200-W is a two harp system in one chamber. This system is generally used when higher production is needed. Because it takes between 10 and 20 seconds for the wax to cool before removal, the second harp can be loaded while the first is being cooled. This system will substantially increase production.

 

The Model 200-W system has overall dimensions of approximately 52"L X 24"W, and up to 36" of adjustable height. The Model 200-W has one chamber and two dipping harps, with two air cylinders. This model comes complete with insulation, solid state temperature control system with one temperature gauge, one thermostat and one stainless steel heat sensor.

 

Model 400-W

The Model 400-W is the same as the Model 200-W, except this model will allow the use of two colors in the same machine. It is very common to use a clear wax as a base, or primer, when using black or red for the finished wax color. By using a clear wax first, a richer and deeper finished color is obtainable. Two colors can be simultaneously used in the Model 400-W, for we have installed a divider wall between the two harps; thus, having two separate chambers. A second separate heat control system is used, allowing independent heating of each chamber for different temperatures.

Because of the two separate chambers, two complete temperature control systems are installed, which will include two temperature control gauges, two thermostats and two stainless steel heat sensors.

 

Model 600-W

The Model 600-W is used for high production waxing, using three independent harps. The Model 600-W has an approximate overall outside dimension of 84"L X 24"W, and an adjustable height of up to 36". This system has one chamber and three dipping harps, with three air cylinders. The Model 600-W comes complete with one solid state temperature control system including two immersion heaters, and one temperature gauge, one thermostat and one stainless steel heat sensor.
