The RMC is the molder/chiller from our mozzarella / pizza cheese system and is the Italian cheese industry's fourth generation system.  It features the latest technology in molding and chilling technology that will increase not only your quality and efficiency but also your bottom line.

The RMC (Rotary Molder/Chiller) is capable of forming and cooling 5#, 6#, 12# to 20# loaves of traditional American-style mozzarella / pizza cheese. We also have the unique ability to

produce consumer sizes of 8 oz. to 32 oz. pieces in rectangular or cylindrical forms on the same machine. In addition, we can accommodate other unique shape requirements found in Europe and other parts of the world on a custom-built basis.

We offer the RMC in three configurations to meet the unique needs of various producers. From smallest to largest they are; RMC 4000, RMC 8000, and the RMC 12000. All models share the same basic principles and technologies that have been tried, tested, and proven in many cheese plants throughout the world.
