Johnson Industries’ MotionPack Corporation offers the MPI (In-Line) Series of fill, seal, and lidding machines for cups, tubs, or multi-compartment trays. The MPI Series models can operate at impressive volume capacities. Standard Fill and Lid, or Indexing Film Sealing and “Tamper Evident” Indexing, with or without film, are modes by which countless liquid, dry, or viscous products can be packaged in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. The MPI Series can perform with product and container versatility.

A Full and Versatile Product Range

The MPI Series includes single to eight-lane as well as multiple custom configurations with all stainless steel construction and sanitary features. Low to high volume producers can efficiently and profitably package dry, liquid, and flowable viscous products in a diversity of applications and package shape/size requirements.

These machines can accommodate container shapes including square, rectangle, oval, hexagon, octagon, round, triangle, and a variety of deli styles such as inch-type, clamshell, and multi-compartment.

Maximum Control

Primary features common to all four units from the ExactaPack series involve precise control. Control of time, temperature, and pressure assure utmost seal integrity. Profiled control product entry into the pouch impedes product from contaminating the top seal while increasing fill speed. This synchronized motion control allows easy setup and optimal production conditions. All machine functions are controlled from a touchscreen interface panel designed using Windows-based software for maximum ease of operation and intuitive interface.

Covering the Full Product Spectrum

The ExactaPack EP series consists of four different models to cover a wide variety of product applications. Varieties include powders, grains, and granules, to fine, course, or irregular particles; sauces, creams, gels, and solid/wet mixtures to oils, liniments and water, petroleum or chemical based liquids. Options are available for hot fill, gas flush, and two-to-twelve lane filling. Pouch sizes range from 1.5” x 2” condiment pouches to 12” x 12” 80oz.
